What Was/Is Your Wedding Song?

Okay ladies, Kevin and I are trying to decide on our wedding song. So far our favorite is "Alright for Now" by Tom Petty.

[click play to listen]

We are big Tom Petty fans, so it only seems right. And this is his only slow song (that we know of), and it applies to us pretty well. However, I'm not sure it's a slow-dance kind of song. I think we're going to have to practice that.

My other super favorite song that I'd love to have as our wedding song is "To Make You Feel My Love;" both the version by ADELE and also the version by Garth Brooks.

ADELE version...

Garth Brooks version...

However, Kevin is not a fan of this song. Boo! :( I may have to work at changing his mind. Ha!

So what was your wedding song? Or what will your wedding song be if you're getting married? I promise I won't steal it for ours. ;)

Happy Thursday!

Some Overdue Random Thoughts

  • I wore a pair of capri/short pants things today and my ankles and feet are scary white! I'm trying not to fake-and-bake anymore, so this rain better stop, and the sun better start coming out so I can get some good 'ol Vitamin D!
  • Not sure I mentioned this, but I had my review about four weeks ago and it was a really good one. I also got a raise. The only one in our department who got a raise, actually. :)
  • A co-worker got laid off. Her last day is April 29th. Guess who gets to take over all her work? This lady *thumbs pointing towards myself*. I'm thinking that would be the reason for said raise.
  • Kahlua has been such a pill lately! She pottied in the house Saturday and Sunday - while we were there! I hate when dogs potty in the house. Grosses me out! And she's just been a whiny little dog. So yesterday I felt like going for a walk/jog and took her with me. When I'd start to jog she'd just stop dead in her tracks, wouldn't budge and would sit down and whine. I was frustrated. I'm thinking she just wanted to spend her sweet little time sniffing each. blade. of. grass!
  • My mom has a surgery next week in which she'll have to stay overnight at the hospital. Would you say a little prayer for her if you think about it? I'll be going home for about four days next to help my dad take care of her, keep the house clean and make some dinners.
  • I'm starting C25k today. I'm not planning on running a 5k, but I'm just liking the idea of how the C25k thing goes.
  • I decided to take only the stairs today from the train to work (it's only two flights of stairs) and when I walked into my building I was huffing and puffing and my legs felt like noodles. Needless to say that my idea of not working out since January didn't go over too well. Ha!
  • Engagement photos are on Saturday (I'm really starting to sound like a broken record with these photos). There's supposed to be a slight chance of rain, but we're doing them anyways. Oh, and they're at 9am. I hope I don't have the I-just-woke-up-face.
  • Cake tasting is right after our photos at Ettore's. I'm hoping we can get this cake, but I may be dreaming too big. You'll see my specs below. ;)

  • My brother has a girlfriend. This is his first girlfriend and he's pretty smitten with her. The family has yet to meet her. Hopefully we will get to soon.
  • I consolidated my debt and all FIVE of my credit cards are paid off! It is seriously the biggest relief ever.
  • Lets see...what else? On the way home from work last night, Kevin informed me of this...

And then I came home to this...
He's a great cook and it was gooood!

Amen.

The best decision we've ever made - HANDS DOWN!!!

I'm back!

It was one heck of a weekend - in the best way possible . :)

I'm not quite sure I can put my/our experience into words because it's almost indescribable. But I'll try.

What I'm referring to is a Couples Weekend that Kevin and I attended. It's through an organization called FamilyLife, and I think that going to FamilyLife's Weekend to Remember was probably the best decision Kevin and I have ever made for our relationship, marriage and future family.

We didn't quite know what to expect during the weeks leading up to the Weekend to Remember. We knew it was somehow based on the Bible, and that other people would be there, but we really had no clue what to expect. We were a little nervous. In all honesty, I was expecting it to be some über-religious event (not that there's anything wrong with that) where all the attendees had to hold hands and sing Kumbaya together and share our experiences with everyone there. But it was so not that, yet it was so much more!

There was so much covered over the weekend that I'm not sure I want to lay it all out here, because it could take you a sweet forever to read. Ha! There were amazing speakers and essentially what I learned (among a ton of incredibly important things) is that your spouse is a treasured gift from God. When I heard and read that, it was definitely an "ah hah" moment for me. All too often we take for granted our spouses. At least I know I did/do. But God chose that one person for you; not for anyone else.

Throughout the weekend we learned what causes marriages to fail, how to communicate and approach arguments effectively (because you can't not fight or argue - it's just impossible and there would probably be something wrong if you didn't), details of intimacy, marriage based on the Word of God, how to forgive (not only your spouse, but maybe family members), how to turn to God in times of hardship and not turn against each other, how to maintain your marriage in society when the world is against you, and how to leave a legacy.

Kevin and I are not incredibly religious people. I mean that to say, that we believe in God and we consider ourselves Christians. Kevin was raised Catholic and I was raised Lutheran. But reading the Bible, turning to God in times of rough situations wasn't something we did. But after this weekend, we have made it part of our lives to start doing that. Not only for ourselves and our marriage, but for our future family.

I cannot say enough good things about FamilyLife. It was literally a life-changing experience. I look to Kevin as the leader of our family and also the spiritual leader of our household now. I always liked to believe that he would become those things eventually, but I never knew when or if that would happen. But it has, and I couldn't be happier. Friday night was the first night that we have ever prayed together - out loud - at home. It brought tears to my eyes.

The people who attended the Weekend to Remember were so different and there for many different reasons. There were couples who were engaged, couples who just got married a week ago, couples who have been married for a year or maybe five years, couples who've been married for over 30 years, and sadly enough, couples who were on the brink of divorce and that weekend was their last chance at saving their marriage. No matter what couple and what situation, that weekend applied to everyone.

I'm a people-watcher, so I enjoyed watching the couples interact. It was interesting to see on Friday evening when the conference first started and the body language between couples. Distant is the only word that I can use to describe it. And I could tell that there were men there who were definitely forced into going. However, when Sunday came around couples were holding hands, being affectionate with one another, leaning in towards each other to talk, and just smiling all the time. It really was a beautiful thing to witness.

Not once was this conference "cheesy" and no one was ever put on the spot or asked to share their situation or relationship. It was practical, straight forward, SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL and just an amazing experience.

I know that Catholics have what's called Engaged Encounters for couples to complete before getting married. I haven't heard much about it from my friends who had to do that. But I have a feeling that the Weekend to Remember is nothing like Engaged Encounters - which is unfortunate. I think if every couple attended this conference - or something similar - that marriages would be that much stronger and divorces would be that much less in this world.

Kevin and I have already decided that we will attend a Weekend to Remember at least every two to three years. It's just a great way to get back to what marriage is really about, to center yourselves, to just concentrate on what is important in life - and not what society and the media tells you what's important. I would so strongly recommend this to everyone out there. Even if you think you have a great and perfect marriage - this would just make it that much better!

During our date on Saturday night (which is a requirement of the Weekend to Remember) Kevin and I not only had the best time, but talked and talked and talked! We realized we had not talked as much as we did over the weekend as we have in probably the past three years. Isn't that sad? And I know we're not the only couple that this happens to.

I cannot say enough good things about FamilyLife. If any of you have attended a FamilyLife event, let me know and what you thought of it - I'd love to hear! If any of you have questions or might be considering attending a FamilyLife event, I want to know too! This isn't to say that the Weekend to Remember made us the perfect couple and we will no longer ever have any problems. It's just to share what an impact it made on us and how we feel a little better prepared to face the challenges that creep up in a marriage.

The weekend changed Kevin so much as well, but since that was his personal experience, I'll leave that out. We are so incredibly excited to get married and start a family now. Not that we weren't before, but even more so now. I know this may sound cliché, but I am more in love with Kevin after this weekend than I have ever been in all of our six years together. I didn't think that was possible - but it is. And I'm pretty sure he can say the same for me. ;)

*I was not compensated in any way for this. It was just my/our personal experience and it was an incredibly great one.

Blessed,

Crack a Lackin'!

This morning as I was sitting on the train, things hurt. Things being my lower back, my neck and my shoulder.

Once I got to work I Googled some chiropractors, read a lot of reviews, called around and came upon Dr. M's practice.

{Don't tell my dad. For some reason he doesn't think chiropractors are "real" doctors. I happen to thoroughly disagree with him.}

I went, I saw, I answered questions, I got some heat therapy, some massage therapy and was cracked every which way.

I am a new woman.

I seriously think I have grown an inch and I can actually breath better after my first appointment!

Apparently I have a problem with my right shoulder (which I kind of always had a feeling about). Due to that, it's affecting my neck and my right ribcage. Who knew a shoulder could affect your ribcage!? I certainly didn't. I also have a messed up pelvic bone which is causing the pain in my lower back. I had surgery on my right knee back in high school, and from walking differently on my leg has caused my pelvic bone to do some crazy things.

I go back tomorrow for a follow up appointment, and then as the Doc deems necessary.

I'm so glad I made this choice today.

The end.

Negative Nancy ----> What I'm Loving Wednesday

Well, this day has started off with me being in kind of a Negative Nancy type of mood. So I thought I'd join in on the weekly blog hop to try and get me out of this slump I'm in. :)

What I'm Loving Wednesday...

{1}
I'm LOVING the new bedding set that we got from Macy's last night and saved $190.01 (that $0.01 counts, people) on! It's a 12-piece set. I'll get some pictures up once I have it on our bed and set up.

{2}
I'm loving Neutrogena's Make-up Remover Cleansing Towelettes! I have fairly sensitive skin so I'm always a little skeptical about face products. But these work great. They take off all your makeup - even mascara - and leave your face feeling nice and smooth.
{via}

{3}
I'm loving my new iPhone background. :) It reminds me that Spring is here and soon all of this rain will be gone. Remind me in about three months when it's 90 degrees out, how I wished for that. Ha!

{4}
I'm loving "The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo" trilogy. Like - really LOVING it. I've read the first two books and I haven't started on the third yet. I've been kind of putting off reading the last one because I just don't want it to end!
{via}

{5}
I'm loving that my BFF who will be giving birth to twin girls in just a couple months, sends me ultrasound pictures of her girls whenever she has a checkup. :)

{6}
I'm loving that God has blessed me with a nice home (even if we are just renting it), a supportive fiancé, a cute little dog and a good job. :)

Amen.

Obsessed Much!?

Last night I was writing a thank you note to a friend and Kevin commented on how good women were at doing thank you cards right away. I said "Not really, I just happen to have cards here to write thank you notes with."

Then I got excited and announced to him that I was going to show him all the note cards that I do in fact, have in our house.

Exhibit A:

I guess you could say I collect these. Whenever I'm in Michael's I'll go through their $1.00 items and there is usually always a cute pack of note cards. And I'm usually bound to buy it.

Click to enlarge...

I do love them though, because I can use them for anything! A thank you note, a birthday note, a just-because-I'm-thinking-about-you note. They're very handy. :)

The end.

Registered The Day Away

Today was the day that Kevin and I registered at Macy's. I honestly had no idea what to expect; I've never had to register before! We started out with the China and that was just overwhelming. But we got through it and registered for some great things. The thing that I got a kick out of the most was that Kevin actually picked out a lot of our stuff. What can I say? The man has great taste! ;) He chose the pattern for our China, he chose the silverware, placemats, our bedding, pots and pans and knife set. I was honestly trying to take everything in and was having some trouble making decisions. So it's a good thing he was there to do that for me. Ha!

One of the things I was most excited about registering for was a Dyson vacuum! I love to clean and that right there was icing on the cake for me. I'm easy to please. :) A few other things I'm excited about is the Kitchenaid mixer, a bread maker, a dutch oven and A CROCKPOT!

It took us about two hours to complete the registry today and we were told by the registry lady there that we did a great job. We didn't register for too much, and we didn't register for too little; and stuff that is very practical. So that made me feel good. I think Kev and I make a good team. :)

Enjoy your Saturday,

Play That Funky Music!

Well, we had to reschedule our engagement photos two weeks out because of the rain that will be visiting this weekend. It works out for the best though because we can finally register at Macy*s on Saturday and get that out of the way.

One of my most very favorite things about a wedding is the MUSIC!!! If there is great music at a wedding, I'm bound to have a good time (alcohol may or may not have a lot a little to do with it too -ha!). ;) We've been to some weddings where the music selections left a lot to be desired, but we've also been to other weddings where the music was extremely dance-off-worthy!

So! That's where you all come in! What are some of your favorite songs to have played at a wedding? I'm looking for three different types of music selections: 1) Music to play in the background during dinner; 2) Fast-tempo music to really shake your bootaay; and 3) Any really good slow songs.

I've been keeping a list of some songs that I like and don't want to forget to tell our DJ about, but the list is small. I'd like to beef it up a bit. I figure if I can get a general consensus of some favorite songs at a wedding, our guests will find it irresistible not to get out on that dance floor and show us what they're workin' with! ;)

Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

I've Got Nothin'

Nothin'!

I'm in a bit of a bloggy slump this week. Not much is going on and I'm therefore, struggling to find topics to blog about. So instead, I'll just provide you with a run-down of things that have been going through my head. Fun times. ;)

  • I've kept up pretty well with tracking my points for WW. I've lost four pounds, which puts me back to my ending weight for when I stopped going to WW. So now I have to officially lose eight more pounds.

  • My heart just breaks for all those in Japan, and people who have family or friends in Japan. Earthquakes and tsunamis terrify me, so I can only imagine all that they are going through. I've been praying for them a lot.

  • Last Friday when the tsunami hit Japan, we were on a high tsunami alert over here in San Francisco (along the rest of the California coastline). The waves never got higher than two feet over here, so everything was fine, but on my way to work as the train was entering the Transbay Tunnel - in which the tunnel lies at the bottom of the ocean floor and said train is UNDER WATER - I started to have a mini panic attack that a tsunami would hit at that exact moment that we were under the ocean. As you can see, all is well. But it made me a little cray cray.

  • In addition, I have this intense fear that an earthquake is going to hit this week. I've been hearing stuff about the moon being close to the Earth, and there's a full moon on Saturday and the next "big one" is supposed to hit the San Andreas fault. And Kevin's out of town this week for work and what would happen if I was stranded in San Francisco with Kahlua stranded at home, and how would I get back, and would I survive? See? Crazy thoughts, I tell you!

  • Moving on to other things, Kevin and I are attending a couples' conference next weekend. It focuses on strengthening your relationship, based on the word of God. I am really looking forward to this. It's for people who are engaged, newly married or couples married for years. I'd venture to say that Kevin and I have a pretty good relationship and that we communicate well. However, we need to base our relationship more on religion. I think this will give us more of a feeling of being grounded. Since we've signed up we've been getting weekly newsletters via email. I was reading it last night and it has to do with anger, and this verse stuck out to me:
God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble. James 4:6

  • Last week I was coming across some very strange things. Let me elaborate...
1.) My co-worker burps OUT LOUD. She just lets them go and doesn't even say excuse me or anything. Kind of a lot unprofessional and incredibly gross.
2.) I was walking to my car from the train station and happened upon an elderly man sitting at the bus stop. He was hooked up to an oxygen tank and proceeded to LIGHT A CIGARETTE!
3.) While on the train last week, I witnessed a man take the case off of his iPhone 4, and LICK the back of his phone. A full lick with his tongue from the bottom of the phone to the top. *gag*

  • I've completely changed my choice of outfit for our engagement photos on Saturday. I was going to wear a dress with a jean jacket and brown boots. Since it's supposed to be raining that day, and I wasn't entirely comfortable with the dress-and-jean jacket-combo, I've changed it up and will now be wearing the green top that I'm wearing in my Profile photo, skinny jeans and brown boots. I think I'll be more comfortable and I love that shirt. Speaking of raining, not too sure how the photo sesh will going in the rain. I'll keep you posted.

  • I'm doing a giveaway soon! I love the item so much I wish I could keep it for myself. But I like to share. :)

  • I've decided that I'm going to start commenting on more blogs that I read. I always read the blogs, but I hardly ever comment. And I know I LOVE receiving comments from you all, so I need to step it up and return the favor.

  • Maygan just informed me that I have less than five months until our wedding and my heart rate just jumped!

  • I gave myself a French manicure last night. I likey.

Happy Tuesday!

Showering Some Babies

It was a whirlwind of a weekend! On Saturday we had Michelle's baby shower and it turned out great! We had an excellent turnout, the food was good, the company was fun and Michelle got some very cute things for her little girls.

I tried to take as many pictures as I could with my phone, but being one of the hostesses didn't allow for much picture-taking. Ha! I was also able to take some photos with Michelle's Canon Rebel (I think I'm in love) so hopefully I'll be able to get those from her and post them a little later.

I'm kind of obsessed with the tissue-paper-pom-pom-puff things, so I went with that as the decorating theme. Those pom-poms took forever to put together! I'm a little OCD and Type A, so the idea of perfection kept me up late Wednesday through Friday night trying to get everything just right. ;)

As I've mentioned before, Leslie designed the invites, little cards and Thank You cards for me. She did an awesome job! Here is how they turned out. :)

I blurred out some personal info. ;) Love the two roses on the side for the two twinsies!

These are the little cards that I had Leslie design that I included with the invites.

And matching Thank You cards that I gave as a gift to Michelle.

Margie was nice enough to host the shower at her home. :)

The area where we had guests put the diapers. This turned out to be a GREAT thing for the new parents-to-be! I got this idea from Maygan. Thanks May! We used this as one of the games. So whoever brought diapers, was entered into a raffle. We pulled a name at the end of the shower and that person won a prize!

I framed the invite so it would be displayed, and to tie in the pink, gray and white theme (those will be the nursery colors).

Some of the tables and decor. I was a little disappointed with how the name banner that I made turned out. But it was tough trying to get TWO names up there! But I love the names they chose: Kesara and Mikaela. Beautiful!

Another table. As centerpieces we got bottles and put one Gerbera Daisy in each one. We put three bottles on each table.

The last table. Love the pom-poms! :)
Carmen, Karen, my mom and Margie.

The dessert table. I made the red velvet, cream-filled cupcakes. Yum! I also framed an ultrasound picture of each baby. Love!

I framed a photo of one of Michelle's belly pictures. I also made her a little pom-pom boutonniere for her to wear during the shower. :)

Before the shower, I asked Michelle's mom and Brandon's (Michelle's hubby) mom to email me scanned photos of them as babies. Then I displayed them at the shower. Michelle's photos are on the left, and Brandon's photos are on the right. It was neat for everyone to look at them and imagine what the girls are going to look like. They have great looking parents, so there's no doubt they'll be adorable!
One of the games was to guess how many candies were in the jar. Whoever had the closest guess (there were 843 candies, to be exact) won that tray with the chalkboard paint, that I made and the stand.

Nicole, Danielle and Kim chatting.

Danielle (Michelle's SIL), Lisa (Michelle's MIL) and the mom-to-be! Can you believe she's 25 weeks in this picture!? With twins! She's teeny!

Denise, Lisa, Sandy and Becky partaking in another game. It was a nursery rhyme game. We had 11 riddles and whoever guessed the most won a prize. We gave them a time limit of five minutes. It was kind of a tough game!

Michelle and her hostesses! Me, Mom and Margie

Another game we played was measuring how big around Michelle was by guessing with string. It sure didn't require a lot of string! ;) Rene' guessed right on the dot! It was pretty amazing.

It was great to be able to do this for Michelle. Her and Brandon are going to make amazing parents. And since she's having two, I'll always be able to hold at least one of them when I visit (which will be a lot)! :)

Love me some babies,

I *heart* Giveaways!

So my bloggy friend, Katie, from It's In The Details, has probably the coolest giveaway going on right now. She is giving away a signed copy of The Pioneer Woman's book, "Black Heels to Tractor Wheels" !!!! I *heart* P-Dub. So I'm definitely hoping to win this giveaway and trying to enter as many times as I'm allowed. Are you? ;)

Penguin Suits

On Monday night Kevin and I had an appointment at Men's Warehouse to do the tuxedo thing. I honestly had no idea what expect. The guy who was helping us, Jon, was great and both Kevin and I left there very happy.

So here's what's up with the guys' wardrobe for the BIG DAY (the following are all iPhone pics, so they're not the best quality and the stuff looks better in person).

The tux is Calvin Klein. We had two options and went with this one because it's more light-weight. This is very important because it'll be around 90 degrees on our wedding day and the poor guys are going to be perspiring like nobodys business! So anything we can do to make them more comfortable on that day, we'll do.

Kevin will be wearing an ivory vest, Euro tie and suspenders. Our Ring Bearer Will match him. :)

The Groomsmen will be wearing a black vest, Euro tie and suspenders.

My dad and Kevin's dad will be wearing a black cumberbun, black bow tie and suspenders.

Kevin's uncle, Jim, will be marrying us. So he is going to be wearing a red vest, Euro tie and black suspenders. We thought it'll look nice in our wedding photos to have that red up there when we're saying our vows.

A great idea that Jon gave us was to order two white shirts for each guy. That way after the ceremony and pictures outside, when everyone is all sweaty, they can change into a clean, fresh shirt for the reception. GENIUS!

And you want to know what's even better?! Since we have more than 10 tuxedos, Kevin will get his tuxedo for free! And you want to know what's even better than that?! Since we have so many tuxedos, Kevin also gets a free suit up to a $400 value! I love me some great deals. :)

It was exciting to get to do that with Kevin on Monday. Now that I think about it, that was actually our first wedding thing that we've done together! So far nothing has required both of our decisions (seeing as how I make most of them - ha!). We did pretty well with the decision-making process too. No arguments or bickering. :)

Next weekend is going to be full of wedding stuff. It will include engagement photos, food tasting and cake tasting. Finally getting to do all this wedding stuff is making it seem all the more real and that it's actually happening. I think I'm still in a state of shock that I'm going to be getting married. It's something I've wanted since I was a little girl and the fact that I'll be betrothed (I like that word) to Kevin, makes the whole process that much sweeter.

Hugs,

What I'm Loving: WW Edition!

As I've mentioned before, some friends of mine have started up with WW again, and I'm doing the same. But this week I've started up for reals this time. I'm really sticking to counting my points and so far so good.

For me personally, WW has worked out great. I've lost 20 pounds so far and I didn't do any exercising AT ALL. Now, I know that's not really a good thing and it's definitely something that WW doesn't recommend - and I'm not recommending that either. But I just wanted to share that because it's obviously my eating habits that have prevented me from losing my unwanted weight in the past. And for others it may be more about exercise. And I plan to rectify this non-exercising-habit today, after work. I will be doing Pilates. Thankyouverymuch! :) And I hope to continue with the exercising from here on out!

I wanted to share some tips that I've found while doing WW that have helped with staying on track and such.

1. Right now I'm not a paying WW member. I was a paying member for about 3 1/2 months. Then decided that the monthly fee wasn't something I could afford with a wedding coming up and all. So I stopped the membership, but continued on with the counting on my own. The way I did this was by using the iTracker app on my iPhone. It's free and it works pretty well. It is in no way affiliated with WW and it does not calculate your calories, fat and fiber into points. But it's just a way for you to keep track of your points each day. It also accounts for your extra weekly points. I'm using the "old" points system and not the new points system that I've heard WW has now. But the old system worked just fine for me, so I'm sticking with it.

Keeps track of each day. As you can see, I had a great dinner at the Cheesecake Factory yesterday and went over my points a bit. Ha!

Keeps track of your points as well as water, oil, veggies, fruit and dairy.

2. My co-worker told me about this recipe blog (Skinny Taste) last year. This woman takes your normal, everyday recipes and converts them into WW friendly recipes. She also does the points thing for you too. I love it! She also takes really good pictures of the food. Yum! :)

3. I don't know if you all have heard about these, but they should be in most grocery stores by now. They're the Oroweat Sandwich Thins. LOVE. THESE!

They are only one point and the sandwich you make with these is the perfect amount of food. When we run out, I'll usually buy two packs and put one in the freezer and take it out to thaw when I use up the first pack. Kevin and I only use these now when we want to make a sandwich.

4. I love me some breakfast! And I need some sort of carb in the morning to jump-start my day. Sometimes I'll make myself an egg sandwich using either Thomas' Triple Health English Muffin or Thomas' Bagel Thins. Each is just one point!

5. Kevin bought some Diet Green Tea when he went grocery shopping last week and it's zero points. It's nice to have something other than water every now and then. However, this particular brand has aspartame in it. And aspartame (along with chocolate and caffeine) can cause migraines. So I don't think I'll be drinking this too often. But the zero points thing is a plus!

6. My week turns over on every Thursday. So I weigh myself each Thursday morning and my points start over each Thursday. It also helps because I tend to eat the most over the weekends, and I'm really good on the weekdays. So I can enjoy my food (to an extent) on Friday-Sunday, then I don't worry too much about going over my points during the weekdays because I pretty much stay on track for that. That's just what works for me.

That's all I have for now. I'm sure as soon as I post this I'll think of something that I forgot to include here. Again, this is all stuff that works for me and it may not work for everyone - I just thought I'd share.

If you have any good WW tips that you'd like to share, please leave me a comment! I love new tips. :)

PS: I was not compensated in any way for this WW post or the foods I shared.
